Brock Hardaway
Chief Executive Officer
Just 28 years old when he first became a hospital CEO, Brock brings to Covalent Health a deep knowledge of the opportunities and challenges presented to companies in the healthcare sphere on a daily basis. In two decades as a healthcare executive, Brock has become a highly regarded, team-oriented leader who has held senior leadership positions in diverse healthcare services companies ranging in size from a few hundred million to several billion dollars in revenue.

Justin Meiser
Chief Financial Officer
As a veteran financial executive in the healthcare sector, Justin Meiser, CPA, brings a wealth of knowledge to his position as Chief Financial Officer of Covalent Health. Prior to joining Covalent, Justin held prominent roles at nationally recognized academic medical centers, regional orthopedic surgical centers, and national physician staffing firms.
With a nearly 20-year track record of achieving measurable results in key financial, accounting, and operational leadership functions, Justin is equipped with extensive experience in navigating a variety of diverse stakeholders including, but not limited to, private ownership groups, lenders, joint venture members, and private equity firms. He has successfully managed both buy-side and sell-side private equity transactions and subsequent integrations with the goal of achieving the best possible results for all parties involved. Justin graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Mount Union with dual degrees in Business Administration (Finance) and Accounting, and subsequently earned his license as a certified public accountant.

Kathleen Loya
CHC - Chief Administrative Officer | Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer
Prior to joining Covalent Health, Kathy spent the previous 18 years at IPC Healthcare, Inc., serving as Vice President Health Services, Compliance & Privacy Officer until late 2015. Since late 2015, she continued in the role of VP Health Services. While at IPC Healthcare, Kathy led the company’s Clinical Analysis/Quality Reporting team, Nurse Call Center, Risk Management, E.H.R. Implementation, and Compliance & Privacy programs, providing leadership for over 2,500 physicians, advanced practice nurses, and physician assistants nationally. She holds a BS in Healthcare Administration from the University of La Verne, graduating Cum Laude.

Rochelle Costaglio
Chief People Officer | Vice President of Human Resources
In her most recent professional role, Rochelle was Vice President of Retail for Goodwill Redwood Empire and before that the HR Manager for the same organization. She has also fulfilled the duties of District HR Manager for Sears HC as well as HR Manager and then District Manager of Learning and Development for Macy’s Inc., where she spent over a decade in the retail company’s workforce.

COLBY REDFIELD, MD
Chief Medical Director
Possessing a diverse and decorated background in prehospital care, Dr. Redfield has been on the frontlines of EMS for over two decades. After obtaining his EMT license in high school, he worked with a local fire department and then for a busy EMS service while attending Florida State University’s medical program. Following the completion of medical school, Dr. Redfield attended BIDMC-Harvard for his residency where he was selected as Chief Resident, he then went on to complete his EMS fellowship.
Dr. Redfield’s passion for patient care saw him return to Tallahassee and start working in both emergency room and prehospital settings. During this time, he also served the U.S. Army in Romania and Yemen as part of medical teams, further honing his skills and experience in prehospital settings and emergency medicine. Currently, Dr. Redfield holds the position of medical director for several ground and air EMS agencies in Florida, where he provides his medical oversight and guidance. His expertise and leadership contribute to the high-quality care provided by these EMS agencies.

Rick FIELDS
Sr. VP of Operations
Rick Fields joined the Covalent Health family to serve as General Manager for PRN Ambulance and later ProTransport-1 Ambulance. With more than three decades of transportation and logistics expertise, Rick has traveled the world as a leadership coach, offering training programs in Europe, Asia and the Americas. He also holds numerous certifications including The Institute for Motivational Living's Certified Behavioral Consultant designation, and a Six Sigma Green Belt equivalent. Rick held the roles of General Manager for both PRN Ambulance and ProTransport-1, and VP of Operations West until taking his newest role as Sr. Vice President of Operations, overseeing all three Ambulance Brands of Covalent Health.

Ana Arechiga
Vice President of National Revenue Cycle Operations
During her career, Ana has managed all aspects of revenue cycle operations, including implementing and improving cash collection strategies, providing oversight and direction to management teams, and collaborating with various departments in development of policies and procedures. Ana is a NAAC Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist and a member of the American Ambulance Association, California Ambulance Association, and the National Academy of Ambulance Compliance.
