Brock Hardaway
Chief Executive Officer
Brock Hardaway is a seasoned healthcare industry leader who joined the Covalent Health team as Chief Executive Officer, a position from which he leads our healthcare brands through their next phase of growth. A healthcare executive with a wealth of experience, Brock has successfully led organizations in the long-term acute care, inpatient rehab, drug testing laboratory and emergency physician staffing spaces.
Just 28 years old when he first became a hospital CEO, Brock brings to Covalent Health a deep knowledge of the opportunities and challenges presented to companies in the healthcare sphere on a daily basis. In two decades as a healthcare executive, Brock has become a highly regarded, team-oriented leader who has held senior leadership positions in diverse healthcare services companies ranging in size from a few hundred million to several billion dollars in revenue.
Justin Meiser
President & Chief Financial Officer
As a veteran financial executive in the healthcare sector, Justin Meiser, CPA, brings a wealth of knowledge to his position as President and Chief Financial Officer of Covalent Health. Prior to joining Covalent, Justin held prominent roles at nationally recognized academic medical centers, regional orthopedic surgical centers, and national physician staffing firms.
With a 20+ year track record of achieving measurable results in key financial, accounting, and operational leadership functions, Justin is equipped with extensive experience in navigating a variety of diverse stakeholders including, but not limited to, private ownership groups, lenders, joint venture members, and private equity firms. He has successfully managed both buy-side and sell-side private equity transactions and subsequent integrations with the goal of achieving the best possible results for all parties involved. Justin graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Mount Union with dual degrees in Business Administration (Finance) and Accounting, and subsequently earned his license as a certified public accountant.
Ana Arechiga
Vice President of National Revenue Cycle Operations
Ana Arechiga is Covalent Health’s Vice President of National Revenue Cycle Operations. In this role, Ana is responsible for company revenue cycle and cash management operations, and drives revenue cycle process improvements and cost saving initiatives to improve company-wide profitability. Ana has more than 15 years of service in the financial services and EMS industries with a brilliant career history. She began her career in EMS in 2003 with American Medical Response, serving as Regional Director of Government Billing until late 2014.
During her career, Ana has managed all aspects of revenue cycle operations, including implementing and improving cash collection strategies, providing oversight and direction to management teams, and collaborating with various departments in development of policies and procedures. Ana is a NAAC Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist and a member of the American Ambulance Association, California Ambulance Association, and the National Academy of Ambulance Compliance.
Amanda Shapiro
Chief Human Resources Officer
Amanda Shapiro, MHA, joined Covalent Health full-time in September 2022, after consulting for a year. Amanda has accumulated over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources roles, contributing her expertise to the largest non-profit health system in the United States, as well as other prominent leaders in the field.
With a multifaceted background that encompasses service in the United States Navy, leading recruitment efforts for passive talent across various health systems nationwide at a boutique staffing firm, and subsequently developing talent acquisition and HR processes for multiple hospital systems, she has solidified her career in the healthcare industry. Amanda graduated from Grantham University with a Masters in Healthcare Administration and has an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Arizona State University.
Rozlynn Guzman
Director of Compliance, Privacy, and Administrative Support
Rozlynn Guzman is a pillar of PRN Ambulance, joining the organization over a decade ago in an administrative role. Throughout her tenure Roz has positioned herself as an invaluable partner and through her curiosity and drive became the Support Services Manager and Director of Support Services. Shortly after completing her Bachelors degree in Health Administration she was promoted to the Director of Administrative Support, overseeing all planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to the fleet and procurement programs in California. In May 2024 Rozlynn completed her Masters of Business Administration. A combination of her education and experience positioned her well to take on the role of Director of Compliance & Privacy in June of the same year.
